Our beloved cat, Mickey, passed away early Tuesday morning after a battle with a brain tumor. He was an amazing companion for my whole family and we are heart broken that he is gone. I had begun to look at several pet funeral companies in the St Petersburg area and was beginning to despair as I kept seeing bad review after bad review until I found Pet Passages in Largo.
I called and spoke with RJ. The first thing he said was he was sorry for our loss and they were certainly available to assist us in this tough time. He said that Danielle would be available that afternoon. I took Mickey, wrapped in his favorite blanket, to Pet Passages and met Danielle. Like RJ, she offered her condolences immediately and directed me to where I should place Mickey. Danielle was very courteous and understanding and expertly guided me through the steps. Since I had visited their website, I already knew which package I would be choosing. She even helped my get a message engraved on the urn. I was also very impressed with how quickly they got everything done. I brought Mickey to them on Tuesday afternoon and Danielle called me on Wednesday afternoon to let me know he was ready to be picked up.
The most difficult thing about owning pets is watching them leave you. Mickey left us way too soon and, while it will never be easy, I want to thank Danielle and Pet Passages of Largo for offering top notch service and understanding with transitioning to life without our buddy. I highly recommend calling Danielle and RJ for your pet funerary needs.
